All three are drafts under attorney review and not in effect yet. Nothing on those pages applies to anyone until this note is gone.

• Terms of service: the agreement between Lot Current, the dealership that subscribes and the people it authorises to use the service.
• Privacy policy: what is collected, why, who processes it, how long it is kept and how to reach us.
• Posting rules: the short page every salesperson reads before posting: you publish every post, pre-owned cars only, the website price, facts only.
